Batgroup, a Swiss-based company expanding its in-house Customer Service hub in Lisbon, seeks a German-speaking professional committed to stability and work-life balance. You will work directly for our brand, supporting clients and our Batmaids, with a permanent contract and full pay from day one of training.

The role offers a competitive base plus a monthly attendance and performance bonus, private health insurance, transport and meal allowances, and a hybrid work model after onboarding.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in German (C2) with strong professional command of English (C1).
• At least 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Coordination or Hospitality.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and calm, friendly phone presence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships after bookings and maintain communication with clients and cleaning agents.
• Handle scheduling changes and logistics to find best outcomes for clients and agents.
• Manage feedback, complaints, and ensure service quality standards.
