Ersilia in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international team. You will handle product inquiries, order questions, and post-sales support across phone, email, and chat, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

This office-based role moves to a hybrid model after the first three months, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 07:00 and 16:00.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries.
