• Technical Guidance & Device Troubleshooting: Assist users through the intricate setup, configuration, and daily operation of specialized medical hardware and software tools, breaking down complex troubleshooting steps into clear, easy-to-understand instructions.
• Account Maintenance & Compliance: Update customer database profiles, process re-orders, handle logistics inquiries, and manage sensitive health data in strict compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal medical standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with quality assurance analysts, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to continuously refine our service delivery metrics and elevate patient critical cases appropriately.
