Ignite, a remote healthcare support provider, seeks a German-speaking Customer Advisor to assist patients, caregivers and medical professionals using diabetes management systems. This is a fully remote, permanent role based in Portugal with 5 days a week, 8 hours daily on rotating shifts.

You will resolve inquiries, guide device setup and troubleshooting, maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.

Formación

• Native or professional fluency in German (spoken and written).

Salary: EUR 1,100 gross per month (paid 14 times per year including holiday and Christmas allowances) + EUR 7.63 net daily meal allowance

• Inbound Patient & Customer Care: Manage incoming inquiries via voice calls, emails, and live chat channels with utmost professionalism, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution for all diabetes care product queries.
• Technical Guidance & Device Troubleshooting: Assist users through the intricate setup, configuration, and daily operation of specialized medical hardware and software tools, breaking down complex troubleshooting steps into clear, easy-to-understand instructions.
• Account Maintenance & Compliance: Update customer database profiles, process re-orders, handle logistics inquiries, and manage sensitive health data in strict compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal medical standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with quality assurance analysts, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to continuously refine our service delivery metrics and elevate critical patient cases appropriately.

Must-Haves:

• Linguistic Mastery: Native or professional fluent command of German (written and spoken) for client interactions, coupled with a minimum of B2-level English for internal training systems and corporate communication.
• Residency & Work Authorization: Mandatory legal residency and physical location within Portugal (a strict prerequisite for tax compliance and remote employment contract execution).
