CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will handle customer care and technical support for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order processing and high-quality assistance across calls, email, chat, and SMS.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, healthcare or tech support, strong English and Dutch language skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup from Portugal.

Qualificações

• European markets simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is an advantage.

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a remote position in Portugal. You will be supporting a world leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology, providing empathetic and professional assistance to customers using advanced medical devices that improve lives across Europe.

Day to day that means provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and high-quality support. Moving there

To get you on the ground: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Porto for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health, insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months, and notes: Welcome bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
