Job summary

Boeva Tech in Porto, Portugal is seeking a dedicated German-speaking customer support specialist to assist patients, caregivers and health professionals. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, with English support for internal communication when needed.

This full-time role offers rotative shifts, a monthly base gross salary of €1,100 (14 months) plus a meal allowance, and a comprehensive relocation package to Porto. Training is provided to ensure quality service and patient safety.

What You'll Do

As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.

• Handle inquiries, incidents, and doubts regarding diabetes medical devices via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.

• Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am - 10 pm

• 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance).

• Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law).

Compensation & Benefits

We value your commitment and reward it generously:

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months).

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day, €167,86/month

Who We're Looking For
