Qualificações

• Must have a high level of German and be fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Passionate about motorcycles, with active riders preferred.
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly learn software and tools.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls, chat, email, and social media interactions.
• Provide information on membership benefits and programs.
• Answer questions about Motor Clothes, merchandising, and P&A.
• Assist in managing contacts from dealerships and audience engagement.
• Address customer complaints with empathy to ensure brand loyalty.

Conhecimentos

High level of German

Fluent in English (B2)

Good typing and computer skills (MS Office)

Tech-savvy

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
