Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join on-site and help brands deliver outstanding support. You will be trained and supported to grow within the company, with a culture that emphasizes career development and recognition.

You will handle inbound calls, chats, emails and social media; assist members with program information; and work with Motor Clothes, merchandising and parts. Strong communication in German and English is essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German and English (written and oral).
• Passionate about motorcycles and active rider preferred.
• Good typing and computer skills with MS Office.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner of new software/tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience in a customer service center is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls, real-time chat, email support and social media with a professional, friendly greeting.
• Serve as primary liaison for members; provide program information and assist with orientations.
• Answer questions about Motor Clothes, general merchandising and parts & accessories.
• Inform the community about rallies, local shop events and social gatherings to drive engagement.
• Assist in managing dealership contacts and facilitate partnerships within the network.
• Address customer complaints with empathy to maintain brand loyalty.
