Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a motorcycle brand with inbound calls, chats, emails, and social media interactions. You will act as the primary liaison for members, providing information on programs, membership benefits, and orientation support.

The role requires a high level of German and fluent English (B2). Prior contact-center experience is an advantage, and training is provided to help you grow within a globally admired company.

Qualificações

• High level of German (written and spoken) and fluent English (B2)
• Passionate about motorcycles and active riders preferred
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly
• Clear and concise explanation of complex concepts
• Prior customer service center experience is an advantage, but not required

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls, real-time chat, email support, and social media interactions with a professional, friendly greeting
• Act as primary liaison for members; provide information on programs, membership benefits, and assist with new member orientations
• Answer questions about Motorcycle Clothes, merchandising, and parts & accessories
• Inform the community about rallies, events, and social gatherings to drive engagement
• Assist in managing dealer contacts and facilitate partnerships within the network
• Address customer complaints with empathy to maintain brand loyalty

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Manage inbound calls, as well as real-timechat,emailsupport,and social media,ensuring every interaction feels like a professional and friendly greeting.
• Act as the primary liaison for members. You will provide information on programs, membership benefits, andassistwith new member orientations.
• Answer detailed questions regardingMotor Clothes, general merchandising, and parts and accessories (P&A).
• Inform the community about upcoming rallies, local shop events, and social gatherings to drive engagement and ridership.
• Assistin managing contacts from dealerships, providing support for "how-to" questions, andfacilitatingpartnerships within the network.
• Address customer complaints with empathy and a "Make Things Right" attitude to ensure continued brand loyalty.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have a high level of German and fluent in English (B2) - Both languages written and oral
• Are genuinely passionate about motorcycles.(Active riders and motorcycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred)
• Have good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Have the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
