Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for motorcycles is highly preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls, chat, email support, and social media interactions.
• Act as primary liaison for members and provide information on programs.
• Inform the community about rallies and local events.
• Assist in managing dealer contacts and network partnerships.
• Address customer complaints with empathy.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Italian

Fluent in English (B2 level)

Good typing and computer skills
