Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Representative (English-speaking) to handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and social media. You’ll act as the primary liaison, explain program benefits, and assist with member orientations while delivering quality service for a globally admired motorcycle brand.

Qualificações

• Have a high level of English (B2) - both written and oral.
• Passionate about motorcycles is a plus.
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office).
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls, real-time chat, email support and social media interactions.
• Serve as primary liaison for members, providing information on programs and benefits.
• Answer questions about Motor Clothes, merchandising, and parts & accessories.
• Inform community about rallies, events, and social gatherings to drive engagement.
• Assist in managing contacts from dealerships and partnerships within the network.
• Address customer complaints with empathy and a Make Things Right attitude.
