Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, chats, emails, and social media. This on-site role focuses on assisting motorcycle-related customers, explaining programs and benefits, and guiding new member orientations.

You will engage with members about Motor Clothes, merchandising, and P&A, and help drive events and loyalty through proactive communication. Fluency in Dutch and English (B2) is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency and fluent English (B2) required.
• Passion for motorcycles strongly preferred for this role.
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office).
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of new software and tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound calls, real-time chat, email, and social media with a professional, friendly greeting.
• Liaise with members, sharing information on programs, benefits, and orientations.
• Answer questions on Motor Clothes, merchandising, and parts & accessories (P&A).
• Inform community about rallies, events, and social gatherings to drive engagement.
• Assist in managing dealer contacts and partnerships within the network.
• Address customer complaints with empathy to maintain brand loyalty.
