Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing global team. You will assist German-speaking clients via calls, emails, and chats, handling product features, warranties, deliveries, and orders, while also diagnosing technical issues and escalating as needed.

You’ll log all interactions in our CRM and stay current with new releases. The role begins with in-person training, then moves to a flexible hybrid model.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) proficiency.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal and reside in Lisbon area.
• Experience in customer support, retail, tech or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via calls, emails and live chats about product features, warranty, deliveries, and orders.
• Diagnose technical issues with smart appliances and guide fixes or escalate to specialists.
• Log interactions in CRM and maintain data quality.
• Stay updated on product releases and company standards to provide empathetic support.
• Attend paid workshops to learn about new products and service workflows.
