CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a premium consumer products project based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role supports customers across phone, email, and chat, delivering an outstanding service in a multicultural environment.

You will work full-time in Lisbon with an office-based setup and a hybrid option after three months, with onboarding and training provided to foster career development.

Qualificações

• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and order inquiries.
• Handle post-sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
