Ignite in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will represent top brands and provide proactive, empathetic service in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive problem-solvers with strong Italian and solid English (B2+) will thrive. This full-time, on-site role offers a 24/7 rotation and opportunities for advancement within a multicultural team in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Italian language fluency at C1/C2 level for written and spoken communication.
• English proficiency at B2+ for internal communication and training.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern.
• Full-time daily presence at the Lisbon site and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound Italian customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver tailored, efficient resolutions.
• Log interactions and updates in the CRM with accuracy.
• Meet operational targets including CSAT and first contact resolution.
• Participate in ongoing training on products and policies.
