Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to deliver top-tier service to our Dutch clientele. The role offers a versatile hybrid setup with 2–3 remote days weekly and on-site collaboration in our Lisbon center, along with fully compensated initial training.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive onboarding and relocation support to help you settle in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch (written and spoken) with professional English (B2) for communications and training.
• Strong written and spoken communication; client-focused mindset.
• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries from Dutch customers via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
• Guide customers through product usage questions, delivery coordination, warranty claims, and technical resolutions.
• Record and track service tickets in CRM, keeping notes up-to-date until resolution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic listening and clear, actionable answers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues both online and on-site to meet service targets.
