Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative and Sales professional who speaks German to join our remote team serving customers in Portugal. The role combines customer service with proactive sales to promote cruise packages, upgrades, and onboard experiences while supporting bookings, modifications, and requests.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German (C1) and English, has experience in customer service or sales, and can manage multiple systems with strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1) with strong English ability.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism is a plus.
• Comfort using multiple systems and strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with scheduling, including weekends/holidays if required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up.
• Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements.
• Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business.
• Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth travel experience.
