We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious project.

This is a remote position in Portugal, but applicants must reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Portugal.

Role

Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)

Location: Remote in Portugal

Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge, and helping them book cruises.

• Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
• Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
• Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile

• Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently
• Eu Passport or valid work permit (No Visa provided)
