German-Speaking Customer Service | Remote in Portugal

Are you passionate about travel and ready to help customers plan unforgettable cruise experiences? We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious project.

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in Portugal or ready to relocate.Candidates outside this area will not be considered. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.

Role: Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)

Location: Remote in Portugal

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise

Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism

Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades

Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process

Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile:

Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)

Experience in a customer-focused environment

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently
