You will assist customers in planning memorable cruise experiences, handle sales inquiries, and resolve queries. Fluency in German and sales experience are essential. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in German (C1+)

German-Speaking Customer Service & Sales Agent | Remote (Portugal – North Only)

Are you passionate about travel and ready to help customers plan unforgettable cruise experiences? We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents for an exciting opportunity supporting a prestigious cruise line.

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the northern regions of Portugal — from Coimbra upwards. Candidates outside this area will not be considered. Please note that relocation packages are not provided.

Location: Remote in Portugal (Coimbra and north only)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00

Occasionally: availability until 19:00 may be required

2 rotational days off per week

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise

Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism

Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades

Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process

Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile:

Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)

Experience in sales is mandatory – ideally in a customer-focused environment

Resides in Coimbra or further north in Portugal (strict requirement)
