• Answer inquiries about bank accounts, cards, transactions, and digital banking services.
• Explain banking procedures and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Protect customer information and follow data protection procedures.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed to ensure timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
