Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Banking Project in Porto. You will assist customers with banking-related questions via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, ensuring accuracy and efficient support while upholding security and compliance practices.

The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2), at least 1 year in customer support, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain relevant services, processes, and account information.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
