BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist for a Banking Project in Porto. You will assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, handling inquiries about bank accounts, transactions, payments, cards, and online banking.

The role requires German (C1/C2) and English (B2), with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The position offers a hybrid workflow with relocation assistance and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, card services, transactions, payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain relevant services, processes, and account-related information.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and transaction-related questions professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Support customers experiencing difficulties with online banking, account access, card usage, and other banking services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential customer information and follow established data protection and verification procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about banking products, digital services, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
