• Fluent German and English language skills required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support across phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Handle inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain services and account-related information.
• Maintain accuracy while adhering to internal policies, security and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle complaints and transaction questions, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Assist customers with online banking issues and account access troubles.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential information following data protection procedures.
• Maintain high service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training on banking products and processes.
