Job summary

BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist for a Banking Project in Porto. You will assist customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, focusing on banking-related inquiries and providing accurate information and guidance.

The role requires fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year of customer support experience. The position offers hybrid work and relocation support where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain services, processes, and account information.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions promptly and effectively.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and transaction queries professionally, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Support customers experiencing difficulties with online banking, account access, card usage, and other banking services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential customer information and follow data protection procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about banking products and compliance requirements.
