BlueView Talent invites a Customer Specialist to join a Banking Project in Porto. You will guide customers through banking questions across channels, delivering accurate, friendly assistance and protecting data security.

Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency and at least 1 year in customer support. Hybrid work with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Assist with inquiries about bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking.
• Explain procedures and services while following policies and security rules.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with departments.
