Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, transactions, payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain relevant services and account information.
• Adhere to internal policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements while assisting customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when needed.
