Key Job Highlights

• Location: Bucharest, Romania (District 4 office)

• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (No weekend shifts required; rare overtime carries a 25% premium bonus)

• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Start Dates: Multiple start dates available

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Base Net Income: 5,969 RON Net / month

  • Base Salary: 5,569 RON Net / month

  • Hybrid / Setup Allowance: 400 RON Net / month

• Meal Vouchers: 25 RON per worked day (loaded monthly onto a Pluxee card)

• Bonus Potential: Performance bonuses based on CSAT and service quality KPIs

• Extra Earnings: Additional commission available through cross-selling and upselling opportunities

• Paid Training: 1-week structured onboarding (Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00)

What You Will Do

• Handle customer interactions professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate smoothly with internal teams and elevate complex issues when needed.

Spot and act upon organic cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Advanced/C1–C2 level in spoken and written German, plus a minimum B2 level in English for internal communication.
• Location & Commute: Ability to regularly commute to the District 4 office in Bucharest 3 days per week.
• Core Qualities: Strong communication, active listening, patience, empathy, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Technical Skills: Good computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Background: Prior customer service experience or a strong readiness to handle multi-channel customer care and sales.
