Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Bucharest is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our international team. The role requires fluent German and good English, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and full-time hours.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex requests while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in German at C1–C2 level with strong speaking and writing skills.
• English at least B2 for internal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening.
• Good knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
• Patient, proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to document interactions accurately and handle sensitive enquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide relevant solutions.
• Keep customer records and case updates organized in the CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve more complex requests.
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
