You will assist customers across multiple channels, resolve enquiries, and contribute to an excellent customer experience in a professional and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced German proficiency (C1-C2).
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
