Eugenia Talent in Portugal sucht eine/n Customer Operations Specialist (m/w/d) mit fließendem Deutsch und guten Englischkenntnissen. Die Position ist Vollzeit und operiert in einem multikulturellen Umfeld, das Kundenservice und technische Unterstützung vereint.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Anruf, E-Mail und Chat, das Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen, Produktempfehlungen sowie das Erstellen von Berichten und Feedback.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German and excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer support.
• Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.

• Manage to handle large volume of calls, emails and queries.
