KultureTalent - Global Talent in Portugal is seeking a German Customer Advisor to support customers by email, chat, and social channels, mainly via email and messaging, and to adapt the brand voice accordingly.

You should be a native or near-native German speaker with good English, solid MS Office knowledge, and a proactive, dynamic approach. Experience handling customer inquiries is a plus in this international team.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with inquiries and support issues via email/chat/social channels.

• Respond to customer escalations and route issues to higher tiers as defined.
• Respond to inbound requests and document relevant case information.

About the job German Customer Advisor - Portugal

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Ability to assist users with General Inquiries, and support issues via phone but mainly trough email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
• Ability to adapt the brands voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, eCommerce reviews) channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escal ...? issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near native level of German
• Good level of English (it will be to work in an international company)
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
