Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Customer Advisor in Porto to handle written customer communications. The role involves assisting customers via chat and email only, with no phone work, in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will follow SOPs, meet quality and SLA targets, and stay updated with product changes. EU residency or Portuguese rights are required, and growth in a tech-driven CS team is offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Analytical, creative and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via chat and email ONLY with professional, empathetic, and accurate responses
• Follow SOPs to resolve issues efficiently or escalate when necessary
• Achieve performance goals, including quality standards and SLA targets
• Stay up to date with product changes, platform updates, and best practices through ongoing training
• Keep a customer-first approach, delivering clear and practical solutions
• Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the customer experience
