Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist based in Porto to assist users worldwide via chat and email only. The role focuses on clear written communication, issue resolution, and ensuring a positive user experience.

You will follow structured SOPs, meet SLA targets, and participate in regular training to stay updated on product developments. A collaborative team and relocation support are available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in German at C2 level.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• At least 1 year of customer support or related experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and advance in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries through email and chat only.
• Follow SOPs to troubleshoot effectively.
• Meet quality and performance targets (SLA).
• Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions.
• Approach each case with empathy and a solution-focused mindset.
