Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Banking Project in Porto. You will assist customers across phone, email, chat, and digital channels with banking inquiries, guiding them through accounts, transactions, payments, and online banking.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive attitude

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, cards, transactions, payments, and digital banking.
• Guide customers through banking procedures and explain services and account information.
• Adhere to internal policies, security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions promptly.
• Handle concerns, complaints, and transaction-related questions, escalating when necessary.
• Support customers with online banking, account access, and card usage issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Protect confidential information following data protection procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training on banking products and compliance requirements.
