Job summary

BlueView Talent seeks a Customer Specialist for a Banking Project in Porto. You will assist customers via phone, chat, email and other channels, addressing accounts, cards, transactions and digital banking inquiries with accuracy and professional service.

Ideal candidates are fluent in German and English, with at least one year in customer support. Relocation assistance and a hybrid work setup are provided to support your transition.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support across channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about accounts, cards, transactions, and digital banking.
• Explain banking procedures and services to customers.
• Ensure information accuracy while following security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems; escalate complex cases when needed.
