Fluent Galician and strong English skills are required, along with prior customer service experience and proficient computer use. You will work with a collaborative team to address changes, complaints, and customer concerns while protecting confidential information.

Qualificações

• Galician language at a fluent level (C2) is required.
• English language knowledge (minimum B2) is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and user-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods.
• Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts.
• Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand.
• Manage changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.
