CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal. You will deliver professional service via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers of a major European airline project and handling bookings and enquiries.

Requirements include English (B2) with at least 6 months in customer service, Spanish (C1), and experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (mandatory).
• Experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle sales inquiries, general information requests, and customer complaints.
• Manage bookings: create, modify, or cancel reservations.
