Tp Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon team. You will handle inbound bookings, respond to inquiries, and support customers with a positive attitude to uphold the brand.

The role requires fluent Basque (C2) and strong English (B2), plus prior customer service experience. You should be IT-proficient, communicative, and discreet when handling sensitive information.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and verbal Basque (C2) required.
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to use computers with user-focused agility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inbound customer service for bookings or purchases.
• Manage customer requests and clarify any doubts.
