Tp Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to support bookings and service purchases, handling customer questions and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Fluent Galician and strong English skills are required, along with prior customer service experience and proficient computer use. You will work with a collaborative team to address changes, complaints, and customer concerns while protecting confidential information.

Qualificações

• Galician language at a fluent level (C2) is required.
• English language knowledge (minimum B2) is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and user-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Galician(C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
• Experience in customer service (preferred);
• Agile in computer skills from the user's perspective;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
