Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers, handling questions, accounts, products and services to ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. You will provide friendly support across phone, email, live chat, and other channels, document interactions, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

This role requires French language proficiency (C1/C2) and EU/Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other support requests.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases per company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Meet established quality standards, response-time targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
