• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, empathetic, and accurate support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Follow SOPs to resolve cases or escalate when required.

• Stay updated with travel policies and destination requirements through training.
• Deliver clear, practical, and timely solutions to customers.
