Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist for a Car Rental Project in Porto. You will provide professional support across phone, email, chat and other channels, assisting with reservations, vehicle information, rental details and service requests throughout the rental journey.

The role requires fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to car reservations, vehicle availability, rental agreements, payments, pick-up and return procedures, and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information while following company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions efficiently within the required timeframe.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, extensions, and other rental-related requests.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and rental locations to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of service, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with vehicle options, rental services, booking processes, and policies through training
