Hiring International is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced international team in Portugal. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Porto or Lisbon, with quarterly Porto office visits.

You will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality service through clear communication. Prior IT support experience and basic SQL knowledge are a plus.

Qualificações

• Native-level French or C2 proficiency.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in technical customer support or IT support is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with technical systems and digital tools.
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Based in Portugal, preferably in Porto or Lisbon.
• Willingness to visit the Porto office once every 3 months.

About The Role

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Porto or Lisbon, with the flexibility to work from home and visit the Porto office once every three months.

• Must be based in Portugal, preferably in the Porto or Lisbon area

SQL Knowledge

You don't need to be an SQL expert. Basic SQL knowledge is sufficient, but you should be comfortable understanding simple queries and working with databases.
