Qualificações

• Native-level French proficiency (C2).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Patient, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• EU passport or valid residence permit allowing work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support in French via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and update case information accurately.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all channels.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and follow procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Update ticketing systems and maintain documentation in English.
• Represent the company with a positive, professional, customer-focused attitude.
