Porto-based telecom provider seeks a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with telecom services, subscriptions, and technical inquiries while ensuring a high-quality experience. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements include C2 French, fluency in English for internal communication, and strong communication skills. EU citizenship or Portuguese residence and local work authorization are required.
