Cross Border Talents in Porto (No Phone Calls) is seeking a French Customer Support Specialist to assist users worldwide via chat and email only. You will handle inquiries, follow SOPs, meet SLA targets, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Requirements include French C2, English B2, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support. Relocation assistance and a meal allowance are offered; onsite work environment with growth

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (B2) with clear written communication.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support or related role.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries via email and chat only, with prompt, courteous responses.
• Follow SOPs to troubleshoot and escalate when needed.
• Meet quality and SLA targets consistently.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product developments.
