Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact: answer calls, emails, or chats from French-speaking customers.
• Guide customers through solutions using a simple company-provided script or guide.
• Keep clear notes in the system about issues and resolutions.
• Perform basic checks like password resets and settings updates.
• Identify common glitches and report them to team leads for quick action.
• Deliver excellent customer care, ensuring customers feel heard and supported.
