What You'll Do

• Support French-speaking customers via phone and digital channels
• Assist with telecom product inquiries, subscriptions, billing, and service usage
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile and internet services

Candidate Profile

• C2 French (mandatory)
• Fluent English for internal communication

Work Authorization Requirements

• Candidates must already have:Portuguese Residence Card
• Additionally, valid Portuguese work documentation is required:NIF (tax number)
• NISS (social security number)
• No relocation support — candidates must already live in or near Porto

Compensation

• Base salary:€1,020 gross × 14 months
• Guaranteed bonus:€100 gross/month during the first 3 months (or more based on performance)
• Meal allowance:€9.60/day (net, meal card)
• Public transport reimbursement:up to €40/month
• Welcome bonus:€150 gross paid in the 4th month
