Horizonia in Porto, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking clients, assisting with telecom services, billing, and account management.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2/native) with good command of English.
• Residence within 30 km of Porto, or legal authorization to work locally.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills; comfortable with CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat from French-speaking clients regarding telecom services and subscriptions.
• Troubleshoot telecom services and account settings to resolve issues for customers.
• Process contract changes, plan upgrades, address changes, and billing queries.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
